Black Hills Gold Jewelry Emporium ships all orders via Unites States Postal Service.  All orders shipped within the Continental US, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, are sent with a signature confirmation, and must be signed for.  If the customer is not home at the time of delivery, a note is left on the door by the Mail Carrier. This note can be signed and left for the Mail Carrier and the package will be delivered.  All customers also have the option to have their orders insured for delivery at an additional cost.  This cost calculation is based on the retail value of the customer's cart.

Black Hills Gold Jewelry Emporium offers FREE USPS Parcel Post shipping on all orders over $200.00.  If a US customer orders over $200.00 in product, they still have the option to have their orders insured for delivery and will only be charged for the additional insurance cost.  This cost calculation is based on the retail value of the customer's cart.

Canadian customers who order over $200.00 will also receive the FREE USPS Parcel Post discount.  Canadian customers who order over $200.00 will receive a $7.95 deduction from their USPS Global Priority fee.

International customers who order over $200.00 will also receive the FREE USPS Parcel Post discount.  International customers who order over $200.00 will receive a $7.95 deduction from their USPS Global Priority fee.

All US customers have the option to upgrade their delivery to USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Insured, USPS Express Mail or USPS Express Mail Insured at an additional cost.

All items will be shipped within 7 business days from the date of order placement, depending upon Black Hills Gold Jewelry by Coleman’s manufacturing requirements.  If items ordered are already in stock, an order will be shipped out earlier.

USPS Parcel Post orders will be received within 3 to 7 business days after the 7 day manufacturing requirements, unless the items ordered are already in stock.

USPS Priority Mail orders will be received within 2 to 3 business days after the 7 day manufacturing requirements, unless the items ordered are already in stock.

USPS Express Mail orders will be received the day after the 7 business day manufacturing requirements, unless the items ordered are already in stock, excluding weekends and holidays in some areas.

USPS Priority Mail International (Canadian ONLY) orders will be received within 6 to 14 business days after the 7 business day manufacturing requirements, unless the items ordered are already in stock.

USPS Registered Priority Mail International (Great Britain and Northern Ireland ONLY) orders will be received within 6 to 14 business days after the 7 business day manufacturing requirements, unless the items ordered are already in stock.
