Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in "new condition", in the original packaging, and with all warranty cards.
The Purchaser will also be responsible for:
The Purchaser will only be credited for the retail purchase price of the items being returned once the manufacturer has verified that the items have been returned in "new condition".
The Purchaser will not be responsible for shipping costs on defective items.
We will not accept returns on special ordered ring sizes. These would be any ring sizes smaller than size 4 or larger than size 9 for women's rings or larger than size 12 for men's rings. Customers requesting that an item be returned must obtain a Return Authorization Number from Black Hills Gold Jewelry Emporium. To obtain this number, please send an email to customerservice@blackhillsgoldjewelryemporium.com stating customer name, order #, item # being returned, and the reason for the return. A return email will be issued with the required RA #.
Once the Return Authorization Number has been obtained, write
it on the original packing slip, place packing slip in original package with
item being returned, seal package securely, and return it to Black Hills Gold
