This stunning open heart birthstone pendant has been designed using all the traditional Black Hills Gold features. The 2.5mm round stones are mounted in a cascade down one side and are secured by 10K gold grapes. The opposite side features 10K gold grapes and vines and two 12K gold grape leaves: one in rose gold and one in green gold. Upon delivery this exquisite piece will be accompanied by an 18" 1/20 14K gold-filled chain. This piece measures 13/16" high (including bale) by 11/16" wide.
