Note how the gold grape vines curve around to form one side of the heart ending with two 12K gold grape leaves, one rose and one green, at the top and also at the bottom. Suspended between the two pair of leaves is the word "MOM" which bends around and forms the opposing side of this beautiful heart. This is truly a stunning necklace and will come complete with an 18" 1/20 14K gold-filled chain.
